Peak District Moors for the Future Partnership Wins Award

The Peak District Moors for the Future Partnership, of which the Moorland Association is a part, was awarded the KC Dog Recognition Award for its work in advising owners on how best to prevent their dogs from disturbing wildlife and livestock on the moors through the use of storytelling and live theatre.
Their website www.pawsonthemoors.org is fun, eye-catching and packed with useful links and information including downloadable wallpapers and the Paws on the Moors movie. The Paws on the Moors podcast, launched at Crufts in 2007, also helps to spread information and advice to visitors of the moors.
